HI,
As of last night (April 28th 2017), and without any changes to software or hardware having been applied at all, our UP Studio software began crashing upon attempting to connect to either an UP Box or UP Box+ printers. When attempting to connect to an UP Mini or UP Plus2, there's no issues at all, but again when trying to reconnect to the Box or Box+ it'll crash immediately.We've got both a 1.4.3.1 version install on Windows10 and another Windows10 system that we've updated to 1.7.2 version . The newer 1.7.2 version seems to connect to all of the UP printers fine so I went ahead an updated our other Win10 system to the 1.7.2 as well.We've had a customer call this morning with a Mac installation version 1.6 though, (newest version listed as of today) but he too is encountering the same issue that we were, which was upon connecting to his UP Box+ it crashes immediately. Unfortunately, he doesn't have an available UP Studio software update to install to correct the issue on his Mac.When will there be an update for the Mac version of UP Studio available, or a correction to this issue?
Please help.
